Replaced a flat, 1,800+ row Excel engineering model with an AI-powered Neo4j knowledge graph and a Next.js + D3.js visual layer for navigating cross-discipline dependencies.
FIRST RESPONSE AGENT
Built AI-powered serverless system on AWS that auto-drafts contextual first responses, paired with a Zendesk native sidebar app to capture agent feedback on every AI response.
PAST TICKET ANALYSIS RAG
Developed a fully serverless RAG pipeline on AWS supplementing the support workbench with historical ticket context, surfaced through a Zendesk native chat app that lets agents query the knowledge base directly inside the ticket.
MERGE AGENT
Built duplicate ticket detection and merging workflow on AWS Step Functions, using grouping keys, error categories, and category-aware search heuristics.
